• We don’t operate from one fixed address; instead, we promote jazz gigs at various venues in and around Oxford.

    The main venue we use is Tap Social in Botley.

  • We don’t send physical tickets. Your order confirmation email contains all the information you need for your booking, and your name will be on the door list when you arrive.

    If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered there.

    If you’ve purchased tickets for an event at Tap Social but can no longer attend, please get in touch using the contact form on our website or email us info@spinjazz.com.
    We’re happy to offer a refund if the event is sold out and we’re able to resell your tickets.

    Please note: Tickets are non-transferable between events.

  • If you’ve spotted one of our concerts advertised elsewhere but don’t see it listed on our ‘What’s On’ or ‘Tickets’ pages, don’t worry!

    Sign up for our mailing list here, and we’ll notify you as soon as tickets go on sale.

  • Seating is allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis according to ticket purchases. This means earlier ticket buyers are typically seated closer to the front, rather than those who arrive earliest on the night.

    Tickets purchased under the same name at different times will be seated together.

    If you have a specific seating request—for example, if you’d like to be seated with someone who booked tickets under a different name—please contact us at info@spinjazz.com or use the contact form on our website. While we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to fulfill your request, we’ll do our best to accommodate you on the evening.

    We’re also happy to support individuals with accessibility needs. Let us know in advance via the contact form so our team of volunteers can adjust the seating plan to accommodate you.


    At Tap Social in Botley, we also offer ‘standing’ tickets. These are labeled as such on our website and in your confirmation email after purchase. Standing tickets include access to some unreserved seating on the balcony.

  • Tap Social are currently taking a break from serving their usual pizzas, although food trucks have occasionally been available at events.

    For the most up-to-date information about food available at a particular event, please contact Tap Social directly.

    There is limited parking available at the Curtis Industrial Estate, where Tap Social is located. Additionally, there is side-street parking nearby.
    If you are parking at the Curtis Industrial Estate, please ensure you scan the QR code at the venue and register your vehicle upon arrival to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

    • Contact us via the form on our website or email us at info@spinjazz.com with the name of the event you'd like to attend and the number of tickets you’d like to use.

    • We’ll reserve your tickets for the event of your choice (provided it’s not already sold out).

    Occasionally, alongside our 'Early Bird' ticket offers, we run a raffle to win two free tickets to one of our events. Entry to the raffle is based on the timing of your ticket purchase and is detailed in our event mailouts. Yet another great reason to sign up for our mailing list here!
