Alan Barnes & Gilad Atzmon’s ‘Lowest Common Denominator’

Two of the most celebrated musicians on the jazz scene, Alan Barnes and Gilad Atzmon, bring their new group, Lowest Common Denominator' to the club. Gilad and Alan are often seen as inhabiting two very different parts of the jazz spectrum. Alan is known for his consummate standards playing, and Gilad for his blending of jazz, Mid-Eastern sounds and the rest; in this group, they bring together their shared delight in committed, entertaining performance and their equally outrageous sense of musical play.
Along with Alan and Gilad are three other world class musicians - Yaron Stavi on bass, Frank Harrison on piano and on drums, Chris Higginbotham. All in all, this promises to be one of the highlights amongst a season of highlights!
