One of THE great guitarists in contemporary jazz, Jonathan Kreisberg comes with the equally stellar Nelson Veras - two supreme guitar players on one stage.
The duo are doing only a handful of dates in the UK while on a European tour. Jonathan is known well to Oxford audiences, and loves playing the Spin to the degree that he named one of the tunes on his last album after the club. He is best known for his work with Dr Lonnie Smith but he has played with most of the leading musicians of his generation.
Nelson Veras was 'discovered' by Pat Metheny at the age of 14, and has gone to perform with everyone from Michel Petrucciani to Steve Coleman and beyond. One of the great Brazilian guitar players of the moment and an astounding musician.
