But to add a little: Julian has been a Spin favourite for many a year, purveying his uniquely lyrical and mesmerising playing on tenor, soprano saxes and bass clarinet. His super-appealing voice on these instruments has led him to perform and/or record with such diverse stars as Claire Martin, Loose Tubes, Stan Tracey, Dudu Pukwana, Toyah Wilcox, Brotherhood of Breath… (the list goes extensively on!)
