Extraordinary, virtuoso guitarist
In the great Jeff Beck's solo career, spanning several decades, there have been very, very few guitarists that were called upon to augment his band; Nick is one of those very, very few guitarists! Having spent 3 years touring the world with Jeff, Nick then went on to record a scintillating trio record with uber-rhythm section dudes, Jimmy Haslip (of Yellow Jackets fame) and Vinnie Colaiuta (Frank Zappa, Sting...everybody!).
However, Nick is a musician with a massively diverse set of interests and influences. Thus, the band that he brings tonight will take you on journeys around the world, via the beautiful soundscapes created by these masters. The band features the ever-in-demand percussionist Demi Garcia, violin wizard Richard Jones and bass supremo, Kevin Glasgow.
The second set will be expanded to a 5-piece with Nick's long-time musical partner, Pete Oxley, also on guitars.
