Phil Peskett With The Spin Trio

The great Phil Peskett comes to the Spin and reveals why he is one of the unsung heroes of UK jazz - a fantastic pianist who can build solos skyhigh and has a touch and drive to his playing that few can match. 

Phil is many things: Professor of Jazz Piano at Trinity College of Music, leader of his own quartet and trios, regular at Ronnie Scotts, pianist with two extremely hip groups - Moloko and Natalie Williams Band, regular player with the Cinematic Orchestra and has played with most of the top British jazz glitterati - Stan Sulzmann, Jim Mullen, John Etheridge and so on.
