Aside from being a formidible performer and bandleader, Steve has toured and recorded with such luminaries as Andy Sheppard, Victor Mendoza, John Surman and Carla Bley. Steve is also a commited educator, being Professor of Jazz Trumpet at London's trinity College and has published the highly acclaimed tutor 'The Jazz Method for Trumpet' (Schott & Co.).
