Regarded by many as the jazz trumpeter of the moment, Martin's chops have got him touring and recording with Cleo Laine, Sting, Jamiroquai, Michel Legrand, Pete King and the Brand New Heavies.  

Martin began playing trumpet at the age of 14 with his dad, a professional jazz pianist, and after studying at the Royal Academy and Berklee College of Music in Boston, he has been become one of the most sought after trumpeters for small group and big band work. A fantastic sound, a breathtaking facility on the instrument and impeccable taste are all combined in his playing.
