The Spin invites you to come and celebrate our 16th Birthday in the company of the great John Etheridge. This May, we become one of the longest running jazz clubs in the country - we began in May 1999 and now, 730 concerts later, we feature the same improvising genius who played the first ever show with us. The half price champagne will be flowing freely as will the music - we expect a splendid occasion .
For those of you who are new to jazz, John Etheridge is regarded as one of the finest players to have come from this country and is known across the world for his virtuoso playing and eclectic approach to music. John has worked with many of the world's greatest players; he has performed with Pat Metheny, John Williams, Andy Summers, Birelli Lagrene but is best known for his longstanding association with Stephane Grappelli and Soft Machine.
