A real pleasure to welcome Grammy-winning saxophonist Tim Garland and his star studded quartet. Tim Garland is best known in the last decade for his touring and recording with Chick Corea and his sensational playing has led to him being regarded as one of the best around. In this, his latest project, Tim brings a more electric sound to the stage and features some of the finest musicians in European jazz. On keys is Jason Rebello, whose incredible piano playing has led to him working with artists such as Branford Marsalis, Sting, Chaka Khan and Peter Gabriel! Ant Law, on 8-string guitar, is recognised as one of the new original voices in British jazz, and Asaf Sirkis, well known to Spin audiences over the years, is without doubt one of the most sought after drummers in Europe.
The band released Return to the Fire last October and are promoting the album on this tour. A stunning evening beckons.
