Roger is known as one of the most exciting soloists on the circuit - his vibraphone playing is virtuosic, deeply emotional and steeped in the blues traditions of jazz. Roger came to prominence through his playing with the Chevalier Brothers - a jump jive outfit that toured prolifically for over a decade, and from there he has gone on to lead his own groups and work as session musician for the likes of Robert Plant, Neneh Cherry, Tony Allen and many others.
Roger brings a verve and vitality to the American songbook and contemporary standards that few can match; Roger has also recorded over 0 of his own great compositions and no doubt we will get to play a clutch of these for your delight.
