Frequently mentioned in Jazzwise magazine as ‘one to watch’, Tom is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music jazz course, and tends to grace the stage at the usual list of London’s leading jazz venues ie Ronnie Scott's, the Vortex and 606 Club.

Steve leads his own small groups and 18 piece big band, and has 8 albums to his name and as a sideman, Steve has worked with the likes of John Surman, Carla Bley, Andy Sheppard and Mal Waldron.
Ant Law With The Spin Trio
We are delighted to welcome mega-guitarist Ant Law to the Spin for the first time as he promotes his new and very excellent album, Entanglement.
An alumnus of Berklee College of Music in Boston, Ant has gone on to work with artists as diverse as Mica Paris, Koby Israelite and Level 42 but is beginning to get known on the UK jazz scene as a startlingly fine contemporary jazz player.
Phil Donkin Quartet
The club features the second world leading New York group in little over a month. Phil Donkin is one of the most in-demand bassists in jazz today and regarded as one of the finest of the younger generation of jazz musicians on both sides of the Atlantic. His playing includes gigs, tours and record dates with the likes of Quincy Jones, John Abercrombie, Kenny Wheeler, Tim Garland and Kurt Rosenwinkel and many others.

Jonathan Kreisberg is one of the most important guitar players of the last decade and it's a pleasure to have this world class player, with an all star US group, come to the club; The Spin is one of only two venues that the band are playing on a month-long European tour.

Nick Meier and Pete Oxley launch their superb new album Chasing Tales at The Spin before heading off on a three week national tour. The pair have made a name over the last few years with their spectacular duets and cross-genre repertoire - everything from Turkish influenced originals to Joni Mitchell via Miles Davis.
