Simon Spillett With Alex Hutton, Mark Hodgson and Mark Doffman
Described by the late Humphrey Lyttelton as "formidable," Simon Spillett has taken the British jazz scene by storm in the last decade; in addition to playing festivals and club dates around the country, Simon leads his own quartet. He has won a clutch of awards for his amazing playing, including the tenor saxophone category of the British Jazz Awards (2011), Jazz Journal magazine's Critic's Choice CD of the Year (2009) and Rising Star in the BBC Jazz Awards (2007).

Oxley-Meier Quartet
The Spin's resident guitarist, Pete Oxley, and his longstanding collaborator, Nick Meier come to the club with their hot quartet. The Spin date comes amidst a 25 date British and European tour for the dynamic duo. For this gig, they become a four piece with Raf Mizraki on bass and Paul Cavaciuti on drums.

Kate Williams With The Spin Trio
Pianist, Kate Williams' live and recorded output has won her considerable critical acclaim over the years. Both Kate's last two albums were in Mojo's top 10 jazz albums of the year in 2011 and 2012, and she was one of a handful of featured artists in the Pizza Express 2 Piano Festival in 2010, 2011 and 2013.
Nigel Price With The Spin Trio
Nigel Price is a phenomenal guitarist, steeped in the traditions of bop and blues and one of the hardest grooving players around. In 2010 his organ trio won Best Jazz Ensemble in the Parliamentary Jazz Awards, and in 2014 was shortlisted for Best Guitarist in the British Jazz Awards.
Theo Travis’ Double Talk
Tenor saxophonist, Theo Travis, has been at the forefront of jazz, fusion and progressive rock for about three decades. Apart from leading his own highly acclaimed bands, he has been recently touring with David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, The Soft Machine Legacy Band with John Etheridge, has recorded and toured with Robert Fripp of King Crimson, and worked with the legendary Gong.
