Mark Lockheart kicks off the new year with his trio project featuring two other superb musicians, Liam Noble on piano and Jasper Hoiby on double bass. Although the three of them have worked together over many years, it was at the Rochester International Jazz Festival in New York 2014 when the project came together.

After a number of years working on the UK jazz scene, Benn left to work in LA and make his home on the West Coast. An exceptionally fluent and powerful player, Benn went on to work with many of the great artists on the West Coast scene.

Josephine Davies With The Spin Trio
Josephine is one of the leading contemporary jazz saxophonists in the UK, forging a reputation as a leading improviser and composer. Coming up through the ranks of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Josephine has gone on to play with the very best: in the last few years, she has been working with the London Jazz Orchestra, the Laurence Cottle Big Band, and also leads her own groups, Satori and the Josephine Davies Quintet.
